This software, source code, and associated graphical assets (the “Software”) constitute a purely educational, non-functional user interface (UI) demonstration mockup. It does not constitute, generate, or replicate a valid, government-issued identity document under the Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918, the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth), or any State or Territory legislation.

This Software does not replicate, simulate, or output functional security features, unless for demonstrational purposes including but not limited to: official state/federal seals, coat of arms, holograms, Guilloché patterns, machine-readable zones (MRZ), optoelectronic signatures, or functional barcodes (e.g., PDF417).

The user is strictly prohibited from using this Software, or any asset derived from it, to:

• (a) Impersonate any person, living or deceased;
• (b) Deceive, defraud, or mislead any financial institution, retail merchant, law enforcement agency, or automated Know-Your-Customer (KYC) / Document Verification Service (DVS) system;
• (c) Manufacture, print, or physically fabricate a counterfeit document.

The Author explicitly disclaims any intent to facilitate, aid, abet, counsel, or procure the commission of an offence against any law of the Commonwealth, State, or Territory. The Software is published strictly as an open-source technical proof-of-concept for internal workflow testing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), the Author provides this Software “as is” without any warranties of any kind. The Author accepts no liability for any criminal penalties, civil damages, or legal actions arising from a third party’s unauthorized modification, distribution, or misuse of this Software. By compiling, executing, or interacting with this code, you irrevocably agree to indemnify the Author against all claims and liabilities.
